The Role
We are looking for an Account Executive / Account Manager with restoration industry experience who can combine relationship-building, operational understanding, and strategic sales.
This is a hybrid role responsible for both:

generating new business
-
managing and growing existing customer relationships
The right person will be comfortable speaking with restoration owners, operators, call center leaders, business development teams, and national account leaders about both revenue growth and operational execution.
This is not a high-volume SaaS sales role. We are looking for someone who can act as a trusted advisor to customers while helping them improve how inbound opportunities are captured, routed, prioritized, and converted into revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

Run demos and sales conversations with restoration companies

Build relationships with owners, operators, and leadership teams

Consult customers on intake workflows, routing, customer experience, and operational efficiency

Help customers identify operational bottlenecks and revenue leakage

Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts

Drive expansion opportunities across locations, divisions, and service lines

Coordinate onboarding and rollout discussions
-
Collaborate with leadership on strategic and enterprise accounts

Gather customer feedback and communicate insights internally
-
Represent Breesy at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
-
Help customers maximize adoption and long-term success with the platform
Ideal Background

Qualifications

3+ years of restoration industry experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Ability to speak credibly about restoration operations and workflows

Experience managing customer relationships or business development activities

Comfortable presenting operational and technology solutions

Self-starter mentality with high ownership and accountability
-
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
-
Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment

Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences, customer meetings, and industry events

Compensation

Base salary

Uncapped commission structure

Additional incentives tied to account growth and retention

Expected on-target earnings (OTE): $140,000–$200,000+
