By accessing or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Breesy website and services.

 

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

 

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • The Breesy website (www.breesy.ai)
     

  • The Breesy AI virtual receptionist and communication platform
     

  • Customer onboarding, demo interactions, billing, and support
     

  • Data processed through phone calls, SMS, chat, AI interactions, and automations
     

  • Integrations that Customers authorize (telephony, CRMs, Slack/Teams, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, etc.)
     

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, tools, or software not controlled by Breesy.

 

2. Definitions

 

“Customer”
A business entity that subscribes to, trials, or uses Breesy’s services.

“Customer’s End Users”
Individuals who interact with Breesy on behalf of a Customer, including callers, clients, job contacts, tenants, policyholders, or other individuals providing information through Breesy.

“Personal Data”
Information relating to an identifiable individual, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, call audio, transcripts, lead information, job details, or any content voluntarily submitted.

“Non-Personal Data”
Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that does not identify an individual.

“Processing”
Any operation performed on Personal Data, including collecting, storing, recording, retrieving, analyzing, transmitting, or deleting.

 

“Services”
The Breesy AI platform, including call answering, triage, routing, scheduling, notifications, integrations, AI-generated transcripts, and analytics.

 

3. Information We Collect

 

3.1 Information Provided by Customers

We collect information when Customers create an account, configure their settings, or otherwise interact with Breesy. This may include:

  • Customer and business name
     

  • Email addresses and phone numbers
     

  • Staff directories, team rosters, and escalation paths
     

  • Billing information and subscription details
     

  • Call routing logic, configurations, and business hours
     

  • Information submitted during onboarding and support interactions
     

3.2 Information About Customer’s End Users

 

When Customer’s End Users interact with Breesy, we may process:

  • Caller name and phone number
     

  • Call audio and call metadata
     

  • AI-generated transcripts and conversation logs
     

  • Appointment or scheduling details
     

  • Lead information or job descriptions
     

  • Messages, voicemail content, and details voluntarily provided
     

Breesy processes this information on behalf of the Customer only.

3.3 Automatically Collected Information

 

When you access the website or dashboard, we may automatically collect:

  • IP addresses, device types, browser types, operating systems
     

  • Access times, pages viewed, session duration
     

  • Log data reflecting system events
     

  • Cookies, session tokens, and similar technologies
     

3.4 Information from Third-Party Integrations

 

If a Customer enables an integration (e.g., telephony, Slack, Teams, Google Calendar, Outlook, CRM systems), Breesy may receive:

  • User profile data (name, email)
     

  • Calendar metadata or team availability
     

  • Job status data or automation events
     

  • Contact lists
     

  • Tokens required for secure access
     

Breesy requests and processes only the minimum data necessary.

 

4. How We Use Personal Data

 

We use Personal Data to:

  • Provide our AI call answering and triage services
     

  • Route calls, messages, and notifications to Customer teams
     

  • Schedule appointments and modify calendar events
     

  • Maintain and improve the platform
     

  • Provide onboarding, customer support, and troubleshooting
     

  • Generate insights, analytics, and performance metrics
     

  • Enforce contracts, security, and compliance
     

  • Process billing and manage accounts
     

  • Prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access
     

We do not sell Personal Data.

 

5. Legal Basis for Processing

 

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Breesy processes Personal Data on:

6.2 Customer-Authorized Integrations

 

If a Customer enables an integration, data may be shared automatically per that integration’s functionality and permissions.

6.3 Legal Compliance

 

We may disclose Personal Data when required by law, subpoena, regulatory authority, or to protect safety or rights.

6.4 Business Transactions

 

If Breesy undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Personal Data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

We do not sell or rent Personal Data to third parties.

  • Complying with call-recording consent laws
     

  • Safeguarding login credentials and integration keys
     

  • Removing or disabling integrations they no longer wish to use
     

 

12. Children’s Privacy

 

Breesy does not target or knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years old.

 

13. Your Rights

14. Google User Data

 

When a Customer connects Google Calendar through Breesy, we may access limited Google User Data strictly to support scheduling and appointment features.

14.1 Data We Access

  • Calendar metadata (calendar ID, time zone, availability)
     

  • Events created through Breesy
     

  • Basic Google profile information (name, email)
     

We do not access:

  • Events not created by Breesy
     

  • Event descriptions, attendees, or details from other calendars
     

  • Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any unrelated Google data
     

14.2 How We Use Google User Data

 

We use data only to:

  • Create or modify events at your request
     

  • Check availability
     

  • Display events you created through Breesy
     

  • Maintain scheduling accuracy
     

We do not use Google User Data for marketing or advertising.

14.3 Storage of Google User Data

 

We store only the minimum data necessary to maintain the scheduling feature.
We do not store full event content or unrelated calendar data.

14.4 Sharing of Google User Data

 

We do not share Google User Data except:

  • With service providers essential to delivering the scheduling feature
     

  • As required by law

You can revoke Breesy’s Google access at any time:
